16:00 - 17:15
An increasing interest in contemporary culture can drastically change the current landscape in the context of a city and a region. Developing cultural institutions and galleries and holding contemporary art biennials and triennials not only attract investments in targeted sectors of the economy, but also have an impact on our perception of the world around us and allow to introduce quality changes. We will view the implementation of these processes using the example of several Russian cities.
