Yaroslav Alexandrovich Kabakov was born in 1978. He graduated from the Russian Academy named after G. V. Plekhanov with a degree in economics; holds a PhD degree in economics. Before moving to Finam, he served as the general director of LLC Neftegazservice, as a leading specialist with the Pricing Control Department of OJSC Akron and as the head of the Training Center of the company Nettrader. From November of 2007, Yaroslav Kabakov served as development director with Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization ‘Finam Training Center’, and in 2008 to 2013, as its rector. Between 2013 and 2016, he held the post of president of the Association of Microfinance Organizations. Mr. Kabakov holds qualification certificate 1.0, issued by Russia’s Federal Service for Financial Markets. Since 2016, Yaroslav Kabakov had served as deputy general director of JSC ‘Finam’ before taking up the position of strategy director at IC ‘Finam’ in 2018, which he holds up to the present day.
