Grant leads the country and private sector climate finance engagement work for the UN Climate Change secretariat (UNFCCC) at its regional collaboration centers in East and West Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Caribbean and the Middle East. He works with governments and the private sector in bridging the gap between climate finance needs and opportunities in collaboration national, bi-lateral and international financial institutions. Grant has over 20-years’ experience in agribusiness, climate research, and policy development and holds a PhD in Biogeochemistry, MSc in Statistics, a bachelor’s in agricultural economics.
