The Sustainable Development Goals, adopted by the UN until 2030, establish the aspiration of the UN Member States to reduce inequality within and between countries, including gaps in technical and technological equipment, and also affect the future of children and youth who do not have equal and full access to modern benefits of civilization.
Modern Russia actively cooperates with friendly countries, implementing bilateral and multilateral projects, providing exchange of experience, education, and training, as well as sharing of the world's best practices.
The session will discuss youth leadership for sustainable development, environmental protection, technological equality and creation of a just world order.
Examples of successful global projects and initiatives functioning with the help of young people will be discussed.
The UN is currently working on the development of the Post-2030 Development Goals, and it is the young generation that will be the key element of its successful realization.
